Our initial session is 90 mins long, which allows us to dive into your history, current problems, and goals. Once I understand your lifestyle and your problem(s), I will guide you through a series of movements to analyze the way your body moves. This is the physical assessment. Based on your current state, where you want to be, and the physical exam, we will then set weekly goals together. The session ends with individualized recommendations to get you started on the healing path. This varies based on the problem and your goals. It may be in the form of specific exercise, strategies (such as to decrease urinary urgency or pain when moving), and/or lifestyle changes. By the end of the session we will determine the best frequency of follow up sessions for you going forward.
